Kristi Meldrum
M.Ed., PCET
Founder and Director
Kristi has her bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Education as well. She taught third grade for a few years in a public school. After having her own children, she lived overseas and homeschooled her own children for 12 years. It was during this time that Kristi’s son was diagnosed with dyslexia and a visual processing disorder. She found the National Institute for Learning Development (NILD) through a friend who was an educational therapist. She went on to receive her training and her master’s degree in education. For three years, her son did therapy with her and became an independent learner after graduating from the program. He is a 4.0 student in his high school, on varsity soccer, and active in his youth group. Kristi is now a Professionally Certified Educational Therapist (PCET) and a professional member of NILD. She founded LINK after seeing a great need for educational therapy in the private school she was teaching at. Kristi is married to Tim and they have three children. She loves to hike, kayak, and travel!
